Update: HB2475 passed last night 4-1 and will be presented before the House Transportation Committee. If you know anyone on this committee, please reach out and ask for them to support our bill that will include all to seats to our current seat belt law. Virginia is the worst state in the country for seat belt usage at only 73%. This is a good step forward and will save many lives.
