Testimony at the General Assembly for HB 2096

Christy had the opportunity to testify at the General Assembly for HB 2096 for technology to stop repeat reckless drivers. The driver responsible for Christopher’s death was driving recklessly at 80 mph in a 30 mph zone and had a prior reckless driving offense among others. This technology would have saved Christopher’s life. Another step in the right direction to save lives. Still waiting to testify for the seat belt bill HB 2475.
